Instantplr Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 7, 2025

At Picadex, we want you to love what you receive. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund for physical products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Note: Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@instantplrebooks.com

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. If approved, we’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit

You may not need to return the item in cases of confirmed damage.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@instantplrebooks.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same process as a return and place a new order once your original item is approved for refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider

  • If issues persist, contact us at support@instantplrebooks.com
